Job Title: Brazing Technician
Location: Fareham
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Twilight Shift

Salary: £31,784 + 25% shift allowance

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brazing Technician to join a leading advanced manufacturing business based in Fareham.

Working within a highly skilled production environment, you will be responsible for the brazing, assembly and testing of precision-engineered components used in demanding industrial applications.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Brazing Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling precision components in accordance with engineering specifications and work instructions
• Mixing and applying braze paste and brazing materials prior to processing
• Carrying out brazing operations and supporting vacuum furnace production processes
• Conducting leak testing and inspection activities to verify product quality and compliance
• Completing production documentation while working to strict quality, safety and manufacturing standards

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a practical and detail-oriented manufacturing professional with previous brazing experience and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Essential

• Previous brazing experience gained within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
• Experience working with brazing materials, braze paste or brazing processes
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, technical procedures and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and experience handling precision components
• A proactive approach to work with a commitment to quality and safety
