You'll lead a large team, take ownership of the store P&L and drive sales, customer experience and operational performance.

Partner with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives.
About You You'll be an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager or senior retail leader with a track record in a large-scale operation.
You'll bring: Strong commercial and financial understanding.
Experience leading large teams and management structures.
A proven record of delivering sales and operational KPIs.
Excellent people leadership and talent development skills.
Resilience, pace and strong decision-making.
