- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician with a strong technical mindset to join our advanced EV workshop. You will handle high-voltage electrical diagnostics, battery pack troubleshooting, complex repairs, and specialist servicing across modern German electric platforms in a forward-thinking team.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent hands-on workshop experience).
- Proven aptitude or direct experience working with VAG, Porsche, or modern German vehicle platforms.
- Interest or experience in high-voltage systems and electric vehicles (full specialist training provided for the right candidate).
- Clean, methodical work ethic and full UK driving licence with own hand tools.

- Commutable From: Local regional commuter links, surrounding suburban areas, and major transport networks.
