Operations Manager - Security Estates & Facilities Campus Support Grade 7 - £40,704 to £45,641 per annum (depending on experience) This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a frontline security team within the Soft Facilities Management service, playing a key role in delivering a safe, secure, efficient and customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead and develop team performance, and ensure resources are used effectively to deliver value for money.
