Dutch-Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Pay: £12.79 per hour
Contract: Temporary, full-time - seasonal peak cover
Start date: 7th December 2026
Working arrangement: Office-based training, followed by the opportunity for hybrid working, usually three days per week in the office.

TeamJobs is recruiting eight Dutch-speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agents to support a leading holiday provider during its busy seasonal period.
You'll help customers plan and book their holidays, recommend upgrades and extras, and provide friendly, professional support throughout their booking journey. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven sales experience who enjoys working towards targets and delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound sales and customer service calls in Dutch and English.
Understanding customers' needs and converting enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
Recommending accommodation upgrades, activities, additional products and extended stays.
Managing booking amendments, cancellations, confirmations and service enquiries.
Keeping customer records accurate using the client's systems.
Working towards individual and team sales and service targets.
What we're looking for
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, retail, telecoms or a contact centre.
Confidence influencing customers, handling objections and closing sales.
A motivated approach to achieving targets and identifying sales opportunities.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confidence using computer systems and working in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of contact centre KPIs.
