I'm on the lookout for a Sous Chef in Manchester, to help lead the kitchen team as part of a much loved, nationwide restaurant group.

The restaurant offers a themed menu that changes are regular intervals through the year. The role offers progression and development as well as a secure and stable environment, perfect for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef.

Key Duties:

• Support the Head Chef in managing a smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensuring strict quality standards for food preparation, presentation and taste, ensuring that each dish is of the highest calibre before leaving the kitchen
• Support the Head Chef on the daily running of the kitchen, including overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
• Control and achieve financial targets set by management

Experience in a similar restaurant environment and experience of managing a team in a busy restaurant is essential.
