Posts

• Post 1: 22.08 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until May 2027
• Post 2: 23 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until September 2027
• Post 3: 34.5 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until October 2027

Role
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care. You will also have an educational responsibility to members of staff, patients and relatives.
