Junior Finance Analyst / FP&A / Post Graduate Role / Study Support – Progressive Career Plan and Salary Package/ Hybrid Working

Forge Talent are supporting a highly successful and fast-growing business in Lancashire with a newly created opportunity in their FP&A Team. Due to a recent promotion, they are now looking for a Junior Analyst to formalise their reporting process and drive commercial insight.

We are keen to speak with Accountancy and Finance Graduates with 12 months + relevant experience and a drive to maximise your career and complete ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA studies.

Key Junior FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

The below duties will grow as the role progresses.

• Work with the wider FP&A Team to support the annual budget process
• Accurately and proactively update & maintain the 3-year forecast
• Conduct variance analysis and summarise its impact on the business, reporting findings to the Senior FP&A Team.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, maintaining the accuracy of PowerBi dashboards and other KPIs.
