Field Care Supervisor

This expanding business are looking for an ambitious, experienced Field Care Supervisor to join them as they continue to grow their services across Ringwood or New Milton and the surrounding areas. About the role Our client is seeking a motivated, organised and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of safe, effective, compliant and person-centred care across their home care service. You will play a key role in assessing clients, reviewing care plans, monitoring care quality, supporting and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Working closely with the Care Team Manager, Registered Manager and Care Coordinator, you will provide practical, field-based support to clients and care staff while helping to maintain and improve our home care service quality. The role involves regular travel to clients' homes across the service area, flexible working and participation in the on-call rota.
