Level 2 or 3 Nursery practitioner

We are looking for Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2, Level 3 or above) to work in nurseries across Southampton and surrounding areas. This opportunity is to work on an adhoc supply basis, working as little or as much as you want. About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You'll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe and record children's development, contributing to their learning journeys Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team We're Looking For: A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher) Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years educati...
