Help Make Support Feel Simpler for Victims Across London

When someone reaches out for support after experiencing crime, abuse or trauma, they shouldn't have to navigate a complex system to get the help they need.

Victim Support is looking for a full-time Partnership and Ecosystem Integration Lead to help strengthen collaboration across London's victim and witness support services.

This is more than a partnership role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of victim support across London by creating stronger connections between services and improving outcomes for those who need support most.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and enthusiasm; someone who enjoys connecting people, creating momentum and turning ambition into action. Working across Victim Support services, commissioned partners and key stakeholders, you'll help build a more connected and responsive support system, ensuring victims and witnesses receive the right support, at the right time, regardless of where they first seek help.

Location: London, with hybrid working. You will be expected to attend a Victim Support London office at least two days per week, alongside regular travel across London to attend partnership meetings, events and stakeholder engagements.
