Building Services Manager Ireland | Tier 1 Main Contractor 12-Month Fixed Term Contract €65,000 - €100,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Package A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a flagship project in Ireland on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a major construction project, overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services from installation through to commissioning and handover. Due to the project location, candidates must be willing to lodge away in Ireland for the duration of the contract. The Role Working closely with the Project Director, Construction Team and specialist subcontractors, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all building services activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating MEP subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements. Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information.
