Our client is a UK Retailer and they are looking to hire a Software Development Manager to look after their internal team of 10 developers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in Doncaster - although initially you would want to spend more time on site to get to know your team and the wider business. Improve ways of working. Contribute to the teams AI journey. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements. Manage the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and maintenance. Ensure that development practices follow industry standards and best practices. Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain operational efficiency. Support the integration of new technologies and systems into the existing framework.
