Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Our client is a growing, professional family run business whose goal is to achieve customer satisfaction in the work they do and provide a 5 star service to all their clients. Their work environment includes: * Working 8-5 pm daily - Weekend work also available * Safe work environment * Company van and diesel card included This position is for an employed position, we will consider subcontractors - 5 days preferred, but will accept 3 days - weekend work available in addition. * Communicate with customers effectively and respectfully * Install, repair, and maintain gas systems in residential properties * Conduct inspections to identify gas leaks or other safety hazards * Test and adjust gas pressure to ensure proper functioning of equipment * Install and connect gas appliances, such as boilers, cookers, water heaters, and fires * Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding gas systems * Carry out general plumbing work - changing taps, fixing toilets, waste repairs * Use our online portal effectively and report to the office where required Requirements: * Must have gas qualifications - a minimum of 3 years experience preferred but happy with less if have experience * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - this will be checked * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repair work * Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose gas system issues * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required * Ability to assemble and disassemble gas system components accurately Apply today with an up to date CV.
