Counter Fraud Solicitor

We do things differently, with a forward-thinking approach built around our clients' needs, supported by cutting-edge technology and a culture built around people from a wide range of backgrounds who are taking an equally wide range of routes to building their careers in law. * Managing your own caseload of complex, litigated non-DA fraud matters * Handling predominantly hourly rate motor fraud claims through to resolution * Ensuring claims are progressed professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations * Working within our case management system to maintain accuracy and compliance * Meeting MI reporting requirements and adhering to Client Service Level Agreements * Conducting advocacy at applications and Case Management Conferences where required * Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge through training and sharing insights with colleagues and clients * Previous experience managing a full and varied caseload in a similar role * Experience or knowledge of Personal Injury claims (defendant experience desirable) * Background in counter-fraud insurance work is preferred * Open to solicitors, legal executives, or experienced non-qualified claims handlers * Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach * Ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset * Confident communicator, with the ability to engage in advocacy and public speaking * 25 days' annual leave (rising to 30 with service) + Holiday Buy Scheme * Life Insurance & Income Protection * Private Medical Insurance & Healthcare Cash Plan * Employee Assistance Programme & Digital GP services * Pension Scheme * Electric Car Scheme * Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Leave * Hybrid & Flexible Working Options * Discounted Gym Membership & Employee Discount Hub * Flu & Eyecare Vouchers – and more! - Handling predominantly hourly rate motor fraud claims through to resolution.
