Advise on complex matters, including wills, probate, trusts, tax and succession planning, and Powers of Attorney. Build relationships with HNW clients, professional referrers and introducers. Drive business development and identify growth opportunities. Develop cross-referrals across the Firm. Oversee the department’s commercial and financial performance. Ensure high standards of client care, supervision and compliance. Contribute to the Firm’s wider strategic development as a Partner.
