The Opportunity:

• Take ownership of a beautiful, established pub with plenty of character and personality.
• Lead a strong food and beverage operation, with a focus on quality, hospitality and consistency.

• An experienced General Manager with a background in quality food-led pubs or gastro pubs.

• Strong commercial awareness, excellent people skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Someone who can balance high standards with the warmth and personality that makes a great pub.

• £45,000–£50,000 basic salary
