NEP UK is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Bracknell and play an important part in making that happen.

Working across a varied schedule of high-profile sport, entertainment and live productions, you'll help coordinate the people and logistics behind our outside broadcasts, working closely with Technical Project Managers, Heads of Department, crew, freelancers and teams across NEP.

The Role

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be involved in projects from the planning stages through to delivery, making sure our production teams have the people, travel arrangements, accreditation and information they need.

No two productions are quite the same. You'll often be coordinating several projects at once, balancing changing requirements and deadlines while keeping colleagues and crew informed.

It's a role where attention to detail matters, but so does being able to see the bigger picture, anticipate what is needed next and find solutions when plans change.
