Lift Service & Repair Engineer Salary: £45,000+ depending on experience Locations: Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Bedford, Luton and Buckinghamshire Hours: 40 or 48 hours per week – negotiable Job Type: Permanent Interaction Recruitment are recruiting experienced Lift Service & Repair Engineers on behalf of an established lift engineering company. We are looking for qualified engineers with a strong background in lift servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault finding. The Role * Carrying out planned servicing and preventative maintenance on lift equipment * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs * Responding to breakdowns and technical issues * Working on a variety of lift equipment, including passenger, goods and platform lifts * Fault finding across different lift manufacturers and control systems * Completing maintenance reports and associated documentation * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Participating in an on-call rota where agreed Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance – essential * Proven background in lift servicing, maintenance and repairs * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities * Experience working with different lift manufacturers desirable * Ability to work independently and manage an allocated service area * Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits * Basic salary from £45,000, negotiable upwards depending on experience * Weekly pay * Paid door-to-door travel * Negotiable 40 or 48-hour working week * Company vehicle * Company phone and PDA * 25 days' annual leave * Company pension * Life assurance worth 3 times annual salary * Genuine career progression opportunities On-Call Package Participation in the on-call rota is preferred, with: * 1 week in 3 on-call * £175 standby allowance per on-call week * All call-outs times the normal hourly rate Apply Today If you're an experienced Lift Service & Repair Engineer with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and are considering your next move, we'd like to hear from you.
