The Role As a Personal Care Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), helping them access learning activities, develop independence and feel safe and comfortable throughout the school day. Working in a special school in Havering, you will assist with personal care, including toileting, dressing, hygiene and other daily routines, always maintaining pupils' dignity and respecting their individual needs. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and practical support to pupils. Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks. Encourage pupils to develop independence and confidence.
