Quantity Surveyor / Estimator | Exeter | £60k-£70k + Car Allowance Location: Exeter (office based, with hybrid working available once settled in the role) Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits Contract type: Permanent The Company An established building services and construction business is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join its Exeter office. You’ll work alongside an established team on a varied portfolio of small works projects, with a strong pipeline of work across the South West. The Role Reporting into the Regional Director, you will cover both estimating and quantity surveying on projects ranging from £100k to £5m. The portfolio spans defence, commercial, healthcare, and public sector schemes, covering new build, refurbishment, and fit out. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working across sectors and being involved from tender through to delivery.
