An established North West main contractor is looking for a capable, energetic and commercially aware Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of projects valued between £2 million and £5 million. Working across schools, offices, new-build apartments and housing developments, you will oversee multiple projects while helping to raise performance across the wider operational team. This contractor has developed an excellent reputation through dependable delivery, quality workmanship, repeat business and long-term client relationships. The business combines traditional construction values with an ambition to keep developing how it operates. That is where you come in. YOUR ROLE You will provide leadership across a portfolio of regional construction projects, working closely with Site Managers, commercial teams, clients, consultants and supply-chain partners.
