If so, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join us and manage our contract with ASHI (Anglian Safestyle Home Improvements), to be based at our Norwich site.

Pay, benefits and more:

The salary on offer will be up to £49,500, plus car allowance and Bonus. We also offer 25 days' holiday (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Day-to-day you will manage the overall operation, ensuring that compliance and targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements
• You will need to continually control cost to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessary
