We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can bring out the best in our Bromley team and turn great customer service into strong sales results.

About the role

You'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team and keep the store running smoothly. This is a hands-on role: you'll be on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching colleagues and setting the standard through your own sales and service.

You'll enjoy this role if you're motivated by targets, comfortable taking responsibility and able to keep your team positive and focused during a busy day.

What you'll do

• Deliver excellent personal sales results and show the team what great service looks like
• Coach colleagues to understand each bride's needs, make confident recommendations and close sales
• Monitor sales and KPIs, recognise opportunities and take practical action to improve results
• Give clear feedback, celebrate achievements and support colleagues who need help
• Help organise the team and daily store operations to deliver a smooth, welcoming customer experience
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

What you'll bring

• Experience of delivering sales results in a target-driven, customer-facing role
• Experience of leading, supervising or coaching others to improve performance
• A confident, approachable manner and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues
• The ability to turn sales figures and feedback into clear actions for the team
• A positive, practical approach, with the resilience to handle busy periods and setbacks
• A willingness to take ownership, make decisions and get involved wherever you're needed

You don't need a background in bridalwear, but you do need to enjoy selling, developing others and helping customers make an important purchase with confidence.
