SENIOR HVAC ENGINEER - Commercial M&E Specialist Location: Bristol / M5 Corridor - Gloucester to Taunton Salary: Up to £48,000 + Vehicle + Benefits Employment: Full Time, Permanent A stable and highly successful M&E Specialist is looking to appoint an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to cover commercial properties across the Bristol / M5 corridor. The Role: You will be responsible for service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites. The patch covers Gloucester down to Taunton, centred around Bristol - all commercial properties. PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant Air Conditioning - splits, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs Heating and ventilation systems Fault diagnosis and breakdown response Working within commercial environments to a high standard Essential Requirements: F-Gas Category 1 - ESSENTIAL Proven experience as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial setting Multi-skilled - MUST have strong general electrical and plumbing knowledge Confident with fault-finding both electrically and mechanically Full UK Driving Licence Package & Benefits: Salary up to £48,000 per annum - dependent on experience Company Vehicle + Fuel Card Paid Tra...
