Pricing the repair of a listed church or a scheduled monument is a world away from standard new build, and this specialist conservation contractor is looking for an Estimator who wants exactly that kind of work. Trading since 1990, the business is a leading name in the conservation and repair of historic buildings across London and the South East. Based in the office, you will join a busy estimating department pricing schemes mainly within the M25 and along the south coast. Most projects fall between £1 million and £3 million, alongside smaller specialist repairs and larger schemes of up to £10 to £15 million. Heritage experience is a real advantage, although candidates from a main contractor or refurbishment background with a genuine interest in historic buildings will also be considered.
