Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll play a key part in running the hotel. You’ll lead the operational success of Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and the Kitchens. You’ll:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day
  operations across all departments.


• Build and maintain
  strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and
  exceeded.


• Foster a positive work
  environment, manage recruitment and training, and support staff
  development.


• Ensure adherence to all
  statutory and legal requirements, including fire, hygiene, health and
  safety, and employment laws.


• Collaborate with the
  General Manager to deliver seamless service and guest satisfaction, and
  attend key meetings in their absence.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a
  high-end hotel as a Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager.


• A hands-on approach with
  the ability to assist with daily operations.


• Strong leadership and
  motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.


• Excellent customer
  service skills and communication abilities.


• The ability to perform
  well under pressure in a busy environment.


• A genuine passion for
  the hospitality industry and a desire to drive the hotel's success.


• A deep understanding of
  current hospitality trends and competitor landscapes.
