Site Manager

The Role

Fortem, part of the Willmott Dixon Group, were established in 2002. We specialise in capital and retrofit programmes within the social housing sector and are specialists in works to low / mid /high rise buildings.

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a Site Manager to work on two projects and be based from our Birmingham Projects division. Each Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams within occupied residential buildings, overseeing specialist subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health and safety standards and ensuring the works are delivered in accordance with Employer's Requirements, PAS 2030/2035 and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent,full time position 8-16:30 Monday to Friday.

The Project

The first project for Birmingham City Council, will comprise the £33m refurbishment and retrofit of six occupied, Y-shaped six storey low-rise residential blocks.
