Project Designer (all genders)

Your mission at Bene:

• Develop high-quality and timely planning documents technical drawings 3D models (Revit CAD) and renderings for projects proposals marketing and customer presentations.
• Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests effectively supporting sales in product identification configuration and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and designers by engaging with them throughout the project coordinating meetings attending on-site appointments and discussing project requirements design solutions and next steps to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure the quality accuracy and maintenance of customer design and technical data in internal systems while keeping product renderings drawings and resource libraries up to date.
• Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.
