to join a growing domiciliary care team supporting people in their own homes across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone who is caring, reliable and passionate about helping others to live as independently as possible.
\n
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.
\n
The Role
\n
As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide person-centred support to help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines \n
- Providing medication support in line with individual care plans and training \n
- Preparing meals and drinks \n
- Supporting mobility and independence \n
- Providing companionship and emotional support \n
- Helping with everyday activities \n
- Completing accurate care records \n
- Reporting any changes in wellbeing or concerns promptly \n
- Travelling between clients' homes within your allocated area \n
\n
Working Hours
\n
The main community care shifts are:
\n
Morning: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Evening: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
\n
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
\n
Applicants must be able to work alternate weekends.
\n

Driver Essential

Due to the community-based nature of the role, you must:

- Have access to your own vehicle for work \n
