Build a high-performing sales team from 2 to around 15. You'll need a proven record of building teams from scratch, hiring and firing, and hitting targets.

Over more than 20 years they have trained over 400,000 people in 30+ countries, and they have trading floors and training centres across the UK, Australia, Asia and Africa. They sell high-value courses, one-to-one mentoring, live coaching and their own proprietary trading platform, and they combine commercial ambition with a strong philanthropic side. This is a brand-new Head of Sales role, reporting directly to the Founder, to build and lead a high-performing sales floor.
The Package
- £100,000 basic salary
- £300,000+ OTE
- Based at their Hampton Court (East Molesey) office, 5 days a week initially, with hybrid working once the team is established
