Digital Brand Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Brand Manager to lead the digital strategy for our brands, driving social media performance, brand engagement, and commercial growth across multiple digital channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing innovative digital campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and connect with consumers. You'll also lead and inspire our Graphic Designer, fostering creativity and delivering standout content and exceptional brand experiences across every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital content and social media strategy for our brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Lead organic and paid social campaigns, using insights and analytics to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
• Manage influencer partnerships, user-generated content initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns from planning through to evaluation.
• Oversee website performance, including content management, SEO, AI search optimisation, user experience, and ongoing performance monitoring
• Drive customer promotion programmes and collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and retail partners to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Lead creative excellence by managing external content partners and coaching the Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• At least 5 years' experience developing and executing social and digital marketing strategies for consumer brands.
• Strong expertise across social media platforms, paid social campaigns, content marketing, influencer marketing, and digital channel optimisation.
• Experience managing websites, SEO, digital content, and online customer experiences.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• A passion for creating engaging content and building brands in a fast-paced environment.
• FMCG experience would be highly regarded but is not essential
