The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
In this role, you'll be the friendly chef of the shop floor, welcoming customers, guiding them through our product “menu,” and helping turn interest into delicious sales results. You'll “plate up” Le Creuset displays to premium standards by following visual merchandising recipes, keeping the area spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly ticketed at all times. Using our signature sales techniques, you'll showcase and demonstrate products, advising on suitability, care, and the unique ingredients that make each piece special. You'll also handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring every experience leaves a great aftertaste, while keeping the Senior National Account Manager informed on promotions, trends, stock levels, and any issues that arise.
