We’re now looking to register interest from candidates for a number of nuclear shutdown projects taking place across three UK nuclear sites throughout 2027. There is also the opportunity to move from one shutdown (TAR) to the next, potentially keeping you working across multiple sites throughout the year. 🔧 Vacancy Mechanical Fitters – steam and generator experience 📅 Shutdown Schedule Hartlepool: 1 March – 4 June 2027 Heysham: 10 May – 27 August 2027 Torness: 16 August – 12 November 2027 📋 Working Arrangements & Rates 10.5 hours per day 12 days on / 2 days off NAECI rates apply – Grade 5 trades and Grade 3 semi-skilled operatives Lodge allowance payable Security Clearance CTC security clearance will be required before starting.
