Mental Health Service Manager - Southampton
We have a new exciting opportunity for a Service Manager, looking after our brand new accommodation-based services in the Southampton area.
You will have a background in adult social care, and experience in managing multiple sites. You will be flexible on location, able to work at on-site offices and able to visit our Head Office in Worthing as needed. The role is very varied and incredibly rewarding as you can make a tangible difference to the people we support, directing improvements and increasing management responsiveness.

- Maintaining high-quality, person-centred support and achieving positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Managing referrals and the mobilisation of new packages of support.
- Accountable for delivering on budget for income and expenditure across services .
