Description * The role of Quality Manager is to be responsible for Managing a Quality Engineering team ensuring that products, services, or processes meet specified quality standards and requirements. * Managing the Quality Engineers / Technicians & Inspectors in each business unit, setting goals and targets (monitoring via appraisals) * Mentor and upskill current Quality Department. * Ensure compliance to the Integrated Management system (IMS) * Promote a proactive Quality culture * Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that products or services meet the desired quality standards * Oversee the various stages of production or service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards.
