About the Role * £57,059 basic salary + Car / Car Allowance + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits * Can be based anywhere in the UK. What will I be doing? * Own and lead the end-to-end proposal process for strategic corporate bids from qualification and development through to submission, negotiation, financial approval and mobilisation handover. * Lead, coach and develop a team comprising four Bid Managers and one Assistant Bid Manager. * Establish, maintain and continuously improve bid management processes, governance frameworks and review gateways. * Own and continuously enhance the national bid library, ensuring content remains current, accurate, relevant and aligned to brand standards. * Provide regular updates on bid pipeline activity, strategic opportunities and performance trends to the Head of Corporate Sales and senior leadership team.
