This is an exciting time to join as the organisation enters its next phase of growth and in smart offices, the company operates a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two from home.Working closely with the MD and Group Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to help transform the finance function, embracing technology, data and innovative solutions to drive world-class performance across the business.Your new roleThis UK & EMEA Finance Director position is a key role within the senior leadership team, with responsibility for financial stewardship, performance and strategic direction across the EMEA and APAC regions, covering multiple international is a broad, hands-on leadership role combining financial control, commercial finance, strategic planning and FP&A. You will have the opportunity to develop and expand the FP&A capability, improving the quality of insight and analysis available to senior will lead and develop the finance team, creating a forward-thinking, high-performance culture while partnering closely with commercial, operational and supply chain key part of the opportunity will be using technology, data and AI to improve processes, enhance financial insight and enable better business responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, gross margin and profitability analysis, working capital management and partnering with commercial teams around sales pipelines and future will also oversee regional financial reporting, financial controls, statutory accounting, audit, compliance and tax.
