HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000\n

\n Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
\n
• Finding and fixing faults
\n
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
\n
• Installing HVAC components
\n
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
\n
• Providing technical support to engineers on site
\n

\n
Working Pattern\n
\n
\n

\n
• 4 on 4 off
\n
• 7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days)
\n

\n
Package\n
\n
\n

\n
• Up to £44,000 per annum
\n
• Overtime available
\n
• 25 days holiday + BH
\n
• Company Pension
\n

Requirements :\n
\n
\n

\n
• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
\n
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
\n
• F - Gas 2079
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
\n
