Cafe Team LeaderSupervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at London Transport Museum.

Benugo is the in-house caterers we operate two cafes all grab and go options hot/cold beverages.

We Offer:

Rate: 15.30 per hour.

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends.

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent.

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications :

Outstanding communication team management and guest service skills.

• Prior food and beverage service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Barista.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours including standing walking bending and squatting.
• Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine cash register marie chef.
