Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy public sector organisation on a temporary basis.

📍 Strangford Area
💷 £13.69 per hour
⏰ 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
📅 Temporary Contract (3 Months Initially)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to gain valuable experience within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
• Act as a customer advocate across a wide range of housing-related services.
• Accurately diagnose, record and process repair requests.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly.
• Provide administrative support as required.

Essential Criteria

• Four GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• At least one year’s customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a varied workload.
