Location: Cardiff

Salary: £26,000–£28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days working from home and 2 days in the Cardiff office

About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established and respected legal firm based in Cardiff.

Due to continued growth and expansion, the firm is looking to appoint a motivated and organised Paralegal with previous property experience to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing paralegal and administrative support to the property team.
  
  
• Assisting with property transactions and maintaining accurate legal documentation.
  
  
• Preparing, reviewing and organising legal documents and correspondence.
  
  
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties.
  
  
• Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring records are kept up to date.
  
  
• Monitoring transaction progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  
  
• Supporting the team with day-to-day legal administration.
  
  
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in accordance with firm procedures and relevant legal requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous property experience is essential.
  
  
• Experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a property or conveyancing team.
  
  
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
  
  
• A professional and client-focused approach.
  
  
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
