ERP Systems Manager Dynamics 365 Business Central Hybrid Weybridge Up to £65,000\n

An established UK business is seeking an ERP Systems Manager to oversee the performance, development and long-term strategy of its business systems landscape, with a key focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.

\n

This position will suit someone who enjoys acting as the bridge between technology and the wider business, driving system improvements, managing third-party providers and ensuring core applications deliver maximum value to end users.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead the day-to-day management of the company's ERP platform and supporting applications
\n
• Drive system enhancement initiatives, upgrades and business process improvements
\n
• Work with department leaders to identify operational challenges and recommend technology solutions
\n
• Coordinate with external consultancies and software vendors to deliver projects and support services
\n
• Monitor application performance, system reliability and user adoption
\n
• Manage incident resolution and ensure business-critical issues are addressed effectively
\n
• Contribute to future digital transformation and technology improvement programmes
\n
• Champion best practice across business systems and data management
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Experience supporting or managing Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV or another ERP solution
\n
• Strong understanding of how ERP systems support finance, operations and supply chain functions
\n
• Previous experience in an ERP ownership, applications management or systems leadership role
\n
• Ability to manage external technology partners and software suppliers
\n
• Experience delivering application change, system upgrades or business improvement initiatives
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n
• Comfortable prioritising multiple projects and business requirements
\n
