Health Care Assistant (Nights). Burscough Manor Care Home

• Rate of pay: £12.88 per hour
• Contracted hours: 33 (3 shifts) 38.5 (3-4 shifts) or 44 (4 shifts) per week
• Shift Times: Nights: 8pm-8am

We're looking for caring compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care throughout the night.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal care mobility and daily living needs.
• Complete night checks and help ensure residents remain safe and comfortable throughout the night.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
• Promote dignity independence and choice.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

About You

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
• A natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
• Keen to learn develop and build a rewarding career in care.
