Unique these days, we have an in-house toolroom housing a team of highly skilled engineers responsible for the end-to-end manufacture of our products, and the design and production of the tools to make our products too! Over time we have invested heavily in technology to enable us to remain competitive, and as a result we have state of the art high specification, high-quality equipment. Role responsibilities include * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications to manufacture custom press and mould tools * Operate machinery, including CNC lathes, CNC and manual milling machines, high speed machining centres, wire and die sink EDM and grinders, to create precision parts and components * Assemble and fit precision parts together to create custom tools * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools to keep them in good working order * Collaborate with engineers and other departments to identify tool needs and develop solutions ...
