Fraud & Causation Solicitor

Handling your own caseload across DA and non-DA fraud and causation matters (approx. 80/20 split) Complying with SLAs, court deadlines, and procedural rules (CPR) Carrying out advocacy work on applications and case management conferences Identifying fraudulent activity and liaising with intelligence analysts Advising insurer clients with precision and professionalism Updating MI reports and managing databases Negotiating with solicitors, clients, and insurers Keeping your legal expertise razor-sharp through training and development

Hands-on experience managing a varied litigation caseload Knowledge of personal injury law—defendant experience preferred Strong insurance sector insight A sharp eye for detail and the ability to think creatively under pressure Confident communicator, capable of public speaking and advocacy Proficient in case management systems and legal documentation Enthusiastic, self-driven, and an exceptional team player
