Registered Manager Location: ‎ Ashford Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £40,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Job Scope: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care branch in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record of improving service quality, increasing care hours and driving operational performance. The branch currently delivers over 800 care hours per week, with significant potential for growth. The service is currently rated Requires Improvement by the CQC, and the successful candidate will play a key role in improving compliance, strengthening care standards and working towards a better inspection outcome. As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, lead and develop the existing Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor, and implement effective strategies to improve performance, grow the service and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, person-centred care.
