Location: Campsie, Derry/Londonderry Salary: £12.80 per hour + Shift Allowances Contract: Temporary | Full-Time Working Hours: 40 hours per week Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm Start Date: Immediate Start Available What's on Offer? Competitive pay 20% shift allowance after 6:00pm 30% night shift allowance Weekly pay Holiday pay Immediate start available Full training provided Ongoing work with a global engineering and manufacturing organisation Key Responsibilities Carry out production and assembly tasks in line with daily manufacturing targets and quality standards. Operate production machinery, tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble electrical and mechanical components as part of the manufacturing process. Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any defects or production issues. Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations. Maintain a clean, safe and organised workstation and production area. Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines. Complete production documentation and records accurately. Assist with stock handling, materials movement and general factory duties when required. Essential Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Strong work ethic, reliability and excellent timekeeping. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable carrying out hands-on production and assembly tasks. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights. Desirable Skills Previous experience as a Production Operative, Factory Operative or Assembly Operative. Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment. Familiarity with production machinery, assembly tools or manufacturing processes.
