Regional Director – South Region - £90,000 - £100,000 + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial planning leader to take ownership of a key region within a rapidly growing wealth management and financial planning business. Having tripled in size in recent years and increased assets under management by more than 40% over the past year, the business is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and development. This is more than a traditional management role. You will have genuine responsibility for driving regional growth, delivering commercial performance, strengthening client relationships and developing a high-performing team of Financial Planners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s strategy, identifying new business opportunities, growing profitable revenue and creating an environment where talented advisers can thrive.
