Helth and Safety Manager

We are working with an established and growing business delivering a range of services across construction, civil engineering, building services, facilities management and specialist engineering. The Role An excellent opportunity for a Head of People, Safety & Training to take ownership of the people, health & safety and training functions across business. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who can operate at both a strategic and practical level. You'll be responsible for developing the company's approach to recruitment, workforce development, training and competency, while ensuring health & safety standards are consistently maintained across its operations. Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you'll help ensure the right people are in place, properly trained and equipped to do their jobs safely and effectively. The role will also play an important part in maintaining Meldrum's existing standards and culture as the business continues to develop.
